Drug savings are a joke
The prices referenced in a drug search for Ameriplan are worse than what could be obtained by Good Rx or SingleCare which are free memberships. Hopefully the dental savings will make this plan worthwhile.S Leff
No clue with what’s going on…
I enrolled online and paid online, TWICE.
I got everything taken care of, it led me straight to the app. Since I got the app, it’s kicked me off TWICE. It keeps saying I’ve got to re-enroll or turn on auto renew when I’ve done all that ALREADY! I’ve spoken to one of their customer service agents and even they can’t help. We're sorry to hear you are having issues. If you enrolled twice you may be logging into the cancelled account which would explain why you are seeing the auto-renew message. You can get your Member# from the user profile in the App and verify you are logging into the correct account with customer service or your welcome emails.
