One of the worst
They have lots of slots and it works but it takes forever to withdraw your money. They won’t back on a debit or credit card , it’s either e-check or drive to AC. I’ve had to wait 72 hours for them to approve a withdrawal to send to check processing company … ridiculous !!!!!
Customer service is terrible and a waste of time. There are no customer rewards, it’s worthless and there ‘free’ money promos are worthless. If they ‘give’ you $50 along with a g of your deposits; it’s 20x. To withdraw it. Good luck turning 50 dollars into 1000. If you wanna gamble on the internet , pick a different site then this one !!!! Too many headaches and hoops to jump through.

Awful casino don’t use the app
Didn’t even waste your time or money on this app. The deposit match is an absolute scam and you must spend like 5k to be able to withdraw any money so it’ll be stuck in there or you have to waste it all on slots. Don’t even want a reply at all from the staff on here it’s not their fault but just dont even try.

Love the updated site!!
My online host James is fabulous. Always checking in and making sure everything is working correctly and that I I'm satisfied with the site. Terrible App
Worst Casino App on the market absolutely terrible almost unusable on Mobile.

I didn’t think it was humanely possible to be this bad. You might get a little suspect
of this gaming system since it always seems to end with I have to just stop playing here that win is never coming .
Also I use the same card for putting money on the system and today looks like using a new card which I am not. Went on chat and the agent told me using a new system and if I send 3 mo bank statements verify state and federal with dl , birth certificate etc said I did all of that when account opened and said account info was “lost” in the transfer to the new payment system. Then said will be able to have win verified faster and I laughed and said who wins? it definitely isn’t me

I won my first time from I $5 bonus I haven’t deposited anything on the app yet so I go to withdraw the money to a play plus card now I’m being asked for identification when they should have ask for that before I played so now I’m being told I can’t receive my winnings after I’ve set up a play plus card I’ll stick to FanDuel

WORST APP EVER
By far the worst app iv ever played. I have a clear transaction history of my winnings and because the game “malfunctioned” they won’t give me my pay out for my bonus. Absolutely ridiculous, I don’t recommend ever playing this app. Not to mention customer service doesn’t help with anything. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

If you want to throw away your money
Only play Ocean online if you want to throw away your money. The game app is very unstable. Screen constantly goes dark and crashes while playing, which I think resets it to start all over, draining your funds without giving you a single hand. They make you pend $100 in less than 5 minutes with this setup. On the desktop is no different, except the screen doesn’t go dark, but still gives you zero wins. I know games online give the advantage to the casinos, but this is by far the worst I’ve seen. I get much better results with Borgata and Rivers and other apps. Do those if you really want to play online. Try this app and you will see what I mean very quickly.
