A must have App for leaders in every walk of life.
I refer to the awareness code app daily either for personal inspiration, to consider what tile I’m sitting in regarding a work or interpersonal scenario or even in considering my rumination about current or future work challenges.
My boss and I talk in terms of the app now and which tile we feel were at and how to align ourselves to a higher tile.
The app is so user friendly and is adaptable for any type of learner. I personally love the cartoons and videos as well as clicking on a tile that feels relevant and reading more about it.
The meditations and reflection activities are also highly beneficial.
I can’t recommend it enough!

Better than the book
After reading the Awareness Code book, I was really excited to bring the tiles more into life by downloading the app. Have to say that the added videos that Wayno has done for every single tile is brilliant at helping me understand and see them play out in myself and others! The meditations are also gold as I feel like I’m actually learning and not just calming the mind. Also really keen to see how giving and receiving feedback from friends and peers will go – feel this can be a huge step forward in the way that people communicate with each other!

This is FANTASTIC… in real life time it gives me access to the tiles (from awareness code book) and allows me to read about what’s happening for me (if in the ego states) and ways out of those states. Really Great stuff, revolutionising personal therapy and growth, in the run…!!!
