Horrible app
If I could give zero stars, I would. My company has been using this program for about a year now, and it has been a horrible experience from day one. Everything you do is so SLOW. Tap a button, and its 5-10 seconds before it responds. Trying to search for a job, I have to type the job number in, set my phone down and do something else for 10 minutes. By then, MAYBE it will have found it and I can clock in.
Now, after the most recent update, I cant clock in at all. I click the button, it blinks like it knows someone clicked it, but the next screen never loads. Haven’t been able to use it for a week or more.Show lessBig problem
The update has broken the ability to clock in or out. Pressing either choice now on WorkMax 2.2.40 on out time clock iPad app no longer launches the next screen. Please hurry out an urgent bugfix and notify users ASAP. Software is currently unusable.If you can avoid using Workmax as a whole, do
Every experience I’ve had with this time clock app over the last 2 years has been horrible. It feels like a beta release of an app that will never come out, I would be ashamed of being a programmer that worked for them. It never loads correctly on the desktop site, the app has other issues as you can see from all the other reviews. For a program in 2024 that’s as simple as a time clock, it’s inexcusable.Show less
