Worst Customer Service Ever
This app has the worst customer service ever. No one ever responds to emails. However, I did receive my first prepaid card. Just keep in mind that if you’re in the United States it’s in Canadian dollars, but you can still use it. Nobody ever responded to emails and now I am waiting for my second card. It’s been five days still have not received anything. I just wish that somebody could respond to my emails. I found an email on here to Alejandro. He never responds.

When I first started with this app it was super easy to use but it took me giving feedback to get my payment. I finally did and it worked well.
The next time I cashed out, nothing. So I gave feedback three times and still haven’t gotten paid for those.
It has been about 3-5 months since I used the app and thought I would give it another try. This time I got my $10 gift card in my email within a day. Awesome! I have since cashed out for a $25 gift card and nothing. I messaged and still nothing. I cashed out with a different MC option for $10 and have not received it. Sent feedback and will wait a few more days to see if I hear back or receive them.
I tried looking for the fine print thinking maybe you can only cash out once a week or something but couldn’t find anything. Only privacy stuff. I hope the developer reads these and will help cus I really like this app.
