Thank you for your feedback, and sorry you had so much trouble with it. I wanted to let you know that we just released a new update that has 3-levels of sensitivity that you can adjust. The student will default to the most relaxed setting, which is more tolerant than the one your student was using before. There are 2 further settings that are less tolerant than the one before, but you may choose which one is most appropriate for your student. Also, included in this release, is the ability for the student to continue practicing past the 3rd star level. Once they complete all 3 stars on any letter or number, they can go back and practice again and again at the 3rd star level. We would love your feedback on the update and if you find your child/student has more success with it. Feel free to contact us directly at technology@lwtears.com to give us that feedback.

I called customer service 4 times, left 2 messages, never got any answer.
