  • The whole system is a downgrade

The SoBi system was so much better. You are required to have cell service or wifi for the new bikes. You have no way to manually pedal them—only motorized usage. The prices are a steep increase. The final kicker was that after using them for the second week I received an *email* FORTY FIVE minutes after securing the bike saying the picture I took wasn’t “good enough” and that I could receive a fine—as if I could go back to retake that a photo of the same bike that much later, or I’d check my email before I got home. I was so excited for rentable bikes to come back, and was looking forward to this, and it is such a let down.
