Add Different Units of Measurement
Please add different units of measurement like inches and feet.
Issues on IOS 10.3.4
Please fix, app crashes on opening for an iPhone 5 running iOS 10.3.4 for my daughter.
Works great on all my other phones iPhone 7-12. Will change to 5 star after update/fix

Need Bluetooth audio settings
You Need to add Bluetooth audio settings to have a choice , to turn of media audio coming out of the smartwatch when watching videos or music on my iPhone , you can’t keep the Bluetooth audio connected to watch to use the phone on the watch ,
Only way watch videos on my phone with out the sound going out of the watch , is to disconnect the audio Bluetooth to the watch , then I can’t use the call function on the watch then

Doesn’t sync with apple health app
Says it syncs with apple health but it does not. In apple health it not showing as a compatible app at all

The app and the smart watch are frequently disconnected. It is inconvenient because it does not work well.
May functions don’t work
Promising watch and app as advertised, but much doesn’t work. Can’t connect to Apple Health, can’t see “learn to run 5k” function in Run mode, GPS tracking doesn’t work in run mode, App support webpage is in Chinese only, sleep detection very poor, User Help section in App is empty, feedback page in app is empty, ECG section is pretty useless. Too many things to list. All round disappointing.

Will not register
I have tried many times but app will not let me register! Watch seems great, but useless!

I enjoy the app as well as the watch, the only issues I’m having is with my watch faces, I can’t seem to get the one I want

App will not let me login. A piece of crap.
Eh…
The reviews for this watch were so great but it’s not comparable to an Apple Watch and it’s functionality of the app. You can’t get more apps. You can’t take phone calls from it, you can’t respond to text messages. You can select English as the language but it still does things in Chinese. Apps and data tracking aren’t great and the features it does have are okay, not great or remotely comparable to the real thing.
