Epic fail again
Trying to use this garbage app to add a smart thermostat and after two attempts on separate devices on separate networks it's still trash.
app doesn’t work out of the box
First unit from RainPoint wouldn't work with my dual band eero mesh network. Unit returned.
RainPoint Support suggested I use a HomGar device for my hose controller. But App, currently with score of just over 2, won’t allow me to register, nor log in.
Cannot recommend any RainPoint product.

I wish it would work again
It was working great. I could check my temperature of my greenhouse when I was away. Now it won’t let me log in. It always says poor network. I tried reinstalling the app and still same problem.
Garbage
Doesn't work on 2 different routers from 2 different brands. Don't buy any device that require this garbage app.

Cannot pair hub. Tried many times. Returning to Amazon
Great app and product for the money
I’m happy with this app. It does everything I need it to do. I just wish it would pop up a notification when the irrigation plan starts and stops, and if the plan was cancelled due to the moisture level being above the set point

No code emails sent back; dead in the… not water‼️
I’ve tried about six times to send an email and get a reply as well as use the app to register and I am unable to do so. It seems as though this company might actually be out of business. Unable to register hence unable to use hardware. I guess I’ll have to return it tomorrow.
Can’t verified, tried direct verification and Manuel verification
Cannot verify email. My emails are not going into spam. Tried their manual method and no responses from the vendor. Installed, removed, reinstalled app. No success

No verification code is sent. Unable to get passed login screen. Sent support email. Left messages. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still unable to use
