Awful App
I moved from LifeTime Fitness to VillaSports and I was expecting the same organization and ease to use the app. It’s very convoluted, makes it difficult to see what group classes you’ve registered for, provides no reminders which would be useful because there is no consistency in the times the classes are given.
Please improve the app especially since we use it for everything.

Getting Frustrated
I can’t unregister from classes using the app, I can’t get ahold of a person at the desk at my local VillaSport to cancel, and I can’t get ahold of anyone using the VillaSport main line. I really, really am trying to be patient but today I had to go to the front desk in person when I had no time to spare in order to cancel my classes, to avoid their charges on my account because their app doesn’t work and I can’t reach a person.

Top Notch Everything… except this app!
Ugh, y’all it’s ridiculous. All I want to do is book a service. PLEASE TAKE MY MONEY AND GIVE ME A MASSAGE! But no. App gets stuck on “finding my account and profile”, then all words disappear, and all that remains is completely blank screen. I’ve gone back to Home and started the process again no less than 10 times. Very frustrating.
I don’t mind calling in a booking. It’s not a huge inconvenience to swing by the front desk when I head in today. Just asking: can booking via the app be a viable option at some point in the future?
