Hi I am a customer and we have two vehicles. I noticed recently our amount went up per month. In todays world that is insane how expensive a car wash is for a membership. We want to keep it but I am wonder why you do not have a rewards program for loyal customers. What pisses me off the most is not being told what I am paying is only for 6 months.Show lessmeamanda88
Super frustrating app!
First they ask for your phone number to make sure you’re not already a member.
Ok- done.
Then they ask for your info including your email.
Oops that email is already in use. ( I actually had a membership with a company that they bought out!)
Then nothing! Can’t get out of the loop. Can’t contact them until you’re signed in. Can’t sign in. Stupid!Show lessMommabigred
