    After every button push a box pops up saying unexpected error. Also it takes way to long to process a payment from my account.

  • Minimal functions

    This app is kind of useless, it doesn’t even allow the user to setup auto monthly payments or setup several upc I’m big payments

    We’re sorry that your experience with us didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback. At this time, auto-debit can only be set up through the desktop version of our website. On the mobile app, payments can be postdated up to 60 days in the future. However, customer service representatives have the ability to postdate payments further into the future. If you’d like additional assistance with auto-debit or postdating payments, please call us at (800) 243-7552 and we’d be happy to help you.
  • Nice App, but Buggy

    The app provides most of the information I need at a glance. It works well for that. But scheduling payments, etc, can be difficult with error messages being delivered on every attempt. Some screens will eventually show a successful operation despite the errors. I wish they’d more prominently display scheduled payments.

  • Too simple…

    This app is too simple. It doesn’t provide any useful information other than the payment amount and due date. It would be useful to be able access more account information and documents.

  • Doesn’t work as intended

    This is a totally worthless app. It doesn’t let me schedule a future payment or pay more than the amount listed. Error messages keep appearing. I think they want students to default on their loans so they can charge extra fees. There automated phone system is terrible too, so I guess I shouldn’t have expected anything better with the app.

  • Unable to schedule payment

    I have had this app for a while and it still alerts me of when my payment is due but for the past couple of months I haven’t been able to use the app to schedule my payments like I wanted to. A good app but I wish that bug were fixed.
