This app is terrible.
Boox - great devices, illogical software
I have a couple of Boox devices, they’re superb. But their syncing solutions are just weird as it stands… I keep all my books in a OneDrive folder. Every time I annotate or bookmark those books, instead of saving those back to my OneDrive, Boox copies them to its own cloud. The annotations / bookmarks / statistics then appear only in Boox’ own substandard app.
The app is poor. It’s great to have a place to read your highlights, in theory. Yet, even in list mode with the lowest text size in iOS settings, you can’t read more than a few words of the book titles!

works perfectlyyy
i have the go color 7 and this makes transferring super easy! i do have an iphone so that may make a difference but idk :)
Can’t download files using it
If you try to download a file using a desktop browser, the device will send successfully, but this app doesn’t do the same. Weirdly, when you attempt to save a file from the boox device to your ios device, it just resaves the file to a location on the boox device under the /var dorectory.
Doesn’t work
I’ve tried pushing images to my device with the app but doesn’t work no matter what I try. Hope Boox get this sorted soon.
Worst Operating system ever.
I got the note 3. As primitive as the software that came with it was. Simple use was a bit OK. I don’t know what made me want to upgrade to the latest version. But ever since then nothing works the way that is supposed to. Customer service is almost impossible. Being that they are on the opposite side of the globe.

just doesn’t let me log in, gives me a new error code every time i try

Ive sent plenty of books/pdf’s through this and it works perfectly

this simply does not function : the entire operational premise is null, it doesn’t work, its function-less, nil points, it’s a dead duck
Crashes Non-Stop
The Note Boox Air3 is such a fabulous tablet but this terrible app ruins the experience.
