Ngl to y’all first few weeks I’d say I was doing horrible but just knowing that there’s something to show besides always being sad is a big time saver for me the discipline in this app is awesome but it’s been teaching me real well I feel like I learned more to life than at school with it lol anyways thx for creating this man💌

It used to be really good now it gives you a warning and confirmation when you try to relapse and after a check up message which gets really annoying it used to be way better and more simple i dont see why they had to add this feature if it doesnt change i will stop using this app

I have been using the application for 6 months and it is a very nice application that has helped me as it is and I feel better every day, but I hope that the program interface will develop and be better than this... This app is life changer
I really wish people with problem give this app a go. Truly masterfully made. The achievements feels like games. Everything in the app will make you feel like you have to earn it. Like for example the wallpapers in the backgrounds are free but you have to complete streaks to unlock them. It is such a cleaver way to motivate you even more. I found this on reddit and I am really glad that I did
