Unfortunately you have to pay to see. There is no preview or trial. I don’t quite understand how this is supposed to be helpful. You can’t track anything. The food is measured in 3 oz portions. What’s the point of putting your body information in if it’s not taking into account for burning calories. Yeah, I’m feeling pretty ripped off.Show lesssaswalker

saswalker, It seems like your review is absolutely off the topic. First of all the app is free. There is an in-app purchase to upgrade to premium to unlock extra features, but it is optional. Secondly, the nutrition facts are provided per 100 grams which is the industry standard. Lastly, you only need to input your body information to calculate BMI which works perfectly.Reason I cannot buy
The problem I have is I have no clue what the data looks like. You should try showing atleast few sections instead of asking people to buy.B Ru

I downloaded this app, hoping to use the free version until I felt I wanted to pay for the full version, however it won’t allow me to get past the “pay” page. It’s pay the full amount or you can’t proceed. Disappointing. Therefore I will have to delete the app.HFL7

HFL7, we are sorry about your bad experience with the app. Nevertheless, the core functionality of the app which is the glycemic index and the glycemic load food database is absolutely free to use and you don't have to buy anything to see that. You can always close the "pay" page and you don't have to make a purchase if you don't want to.Not Very Helpful

This app is not worth the time or money. There is only three parts to it. Your weight/height info, the food selection. Then, the food breakdown. Which is given in 1 ounce portion sizes. Who eats 1 ounce of food...? It’s too much to figure. Not worth it...Dottie Cash
