Credit card was out of date so needed to put new details in
Yet site kept telling me card had not been accepted
Consequently put another card in.
Kept trying with both new cards but same message kept appearing
Gave up then on checking email found I had purchased 7 tickets
Not happy

What’s happened to Red Spotted Hanky?
This was always my preferred booking site, until now. I have tried for 3 days to book a series of tickets for a trip around England. Just about everything that could go wrong went wrong- rejected my PayPal account, refused to recognise station names, declined payment on a card that it had just accepted, couldn’t arrange collection at station of my choice......and many more. Total nightmare. I now have (assuming they arrive) managed to book 3 of my 5 tickets. I will go elsewhere to book the remainder.
Unless this site is radically improved - it used to be so easy to use - I will never use it again and would advise anyone thinking of using Red Spotted Hanky to look elsewhere.
Hugely disappointed, frustrated at the hours I have wasted.

This is the most difficult site to manipulate I’ve ever used!
It would have been quicker to driver down to the station and by my ticket over the counter.
I been on this site for twenty minutes and still not found the button that says “buy your ticket”!

Does not format correctly on my ipad
Probably a good app judging by the other reviews, but displays sideways on my ipad. I expect that it is fine on an iphone but I do not use one.
