Crap that crashes 3 times before you buy ticket
Trash and waste of time. Crashed every time i try to buy ticket
App is just basic and is not fully functional
App never updates with gate or change in flight status/time.
Smooth checkin using the app
Downloaded the app, scanned the passport and I’ve been able be ready for my international flight in few minutes. Pleasantly surprised by the great user experience
Neprofesionalno i prokleto
Trenutno sam saznala da je mome bratu i njegovoj ženi pokradeno većinu ličnih stvari iz prtljaga koji je kasnio dvije sedmice. Znam da nema nikakve veze sa aplikacijom ali bio bi red da se zna. Znate naplatiti a ne znate poštovati svoje putnike. Nemate baš najbolji rekord, u mojoj familiji naročito relacija Čikago-Srbija. Stalno problem sa prtljagom, šta se to dešava?

Doesn’t have the basics
When I entered my booking reference number it finds the booking - good start. I want to remind myself of ticket specifics so: ‘show details’. Icons of luggage appear in different columns next to passenger names but nothing to explain what they mean. ‘Manage my booking’ > flight time, airports and passengers listed but nothing else. My only option is to pay for extras e.g. baggage EVEN THOUGH I STILL CAN’T CHECK MY BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE. A useless app as it has less functionality than an email or the website.

Simple to use but efficient app. Would recommend other airlines to follow suit.
A solid, easy-to-use app
I used it for the first time this year to check in my family for a flight. Thus far, it works very well
Worst airline in Europe
Don’t use this airline , connection flight through the Belgrade turned out to a three day nightmare at the airport. Really chaotic information , staff not supportive and had to spend own money on food at the airport as they don’t even offered any vouchers for hot meal only cheap cold sandwich from them 🤮

I would like to use this app for when I use Serbia Air, however it doesn’t let me log in ever. I have tried for over a week and nothing. The password is correct, I can log onto the webpage with it, but nothing.
