App is USELESS-DON’T USE-Took funds
Absolutely unacceptable app, DO NOT try to book, it will take your money and no booking. besides the few error messages when I was trying to change the passenger names and seats (I should have stopped then seeing that is faulty), once I paid and confirm payment in my card, the site went blank and received a bad gateway message, then crashed, I opened and NO FLIGHT was BOOKED!!!!! You took my funds and now I will not be able to bother buying again. AWFUL app

Money withdrawn no tickets issued.
I do not recommend using the Air Serbia app, after purchasing tickets the app stopped responding and no tickets issued, but money was withdrawn from my bank account.
3 days later I am still waiting for a refund. Tech support replied with something like “we are not keeping your money”.

Impossible to book a flight

Đubre od aplikacije koje je totalno nefunkcinalno gde izgubiš vreme i na kraju shvatiš da moraš koristiti web aplikaciju koja se takođe raspada. Žalosno i sramota.
Just doesn’t work
App is broken. Can not check in it just spins me in the loop asking for my emergency contact over and over again.
Can't cancel the flight in the app!
Airserbia app is quite nice, I like it, I was able to purchase tickets easily and search for some flights.
However, there is definitely a big improvement missing: It is impossible to cancel the flight in the app or in the website!
For such a simple operation I had to call them and wait for the answer for 24 minutes. This seems to be very unnecessary.
Airserbia, please improve it, help to safe time for your clients and for your employees in the call-centers. Just allow ticket refund right in the app or in the web ( of course for the tickets with a refund option)

Aplikacija je funkcionalna, ali.....
Postoje razni propusti u aplikazije koji su jednostavno ne dopustivi. Počevši od toga da nije moguće uneti srpska slova ć, č, š, đ, ž u polje za prezime do liste za navigaciju koja je suviše pomerena u desno kada se meni otvori, te tom prilikom se neki tekstovi nevide u celosti jer su duži od dostupnog prostora...

Soon as I was ready to book a ticket it crashed and I try again and it’s DOUBLE the price - literally the same minute? Any tracking of searches to pump up prices for dates I searched? Suspicious and I don’t like it.

Worst airline ever. I’m sitting at JFK with my flight to Belgrade canceled because something fell off the plane and they had to turn back during take-off on their way here. I’m now stuck here for 5 hours!!!! And I have to go to stupid Italy to layover losing a whole day of my vacation. Will ask for my money back but doubt I will get a response from these crooks.
