  • Something went wrong. Please try again. Error message

    Hi
For the past 6+ months I have been getting the “ Something went wrong. Please try again”. Error message.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app… and have the latest version. Yet the issue persists

Please contact us at support@bloomcommunity.com and let's figure out why this is happening.
  • Great APP to find Events

This has been a great app to post and find Queer related events. It has a variety of different events from different audiences which I love.
  • Buggy

Saw this app on my friends phone and it looked so cool! I’ve been trying to make an account for 2 days, deleting and redownloading the app, with no luck. I keep getting a message that says, “an error has occurred and we were unable to create your account. Please try again later”.

Would love to try this app so hoping this bug/problem gets fixed

We are so sorry you had this experience. A nasty bug invaded our app this week. We've called the terminators and we'll be back in business in a day or two. Don't give up!
  • Love Bloom! Such a great resource.

We love Bloom and highly recommend it to all of our students as well, who are often looking for social events and workshops that will inspire personal growth in a fun environment. Wholeheartedly recommend Bloom to anyone who’s looking for fun, learning, and community!

Thank you Alicia! You make us blush!
  • Dating meets events

I live in the bay and there are so many events to choose from. Attended more than 10 events so far and appreciate the quality of teachers and organizers. And it was great to be able to match with other participants and stay in touch after the events.

    awwww! Thanks TukTuk.
  • Poor Accessibility for the blind and definitely no active interest in making it better.

    Get with the 21st-century, please.

Thank you for giving us this honest and brutal feedback. We're updating our app this month to meet accessibility needs specifically for the hard of seeing.
  • Terrible for dating, good for finding events

First, even if you adjust your settings for your desired dating age, they have so little people on this app, they will constantly show you people 10 years younger than the minimum age in your settings. They only allow you to see 3 to 5 profiles/day that they choose, which wasn’t very diverse or interesting. You cannot check people from other states/ cities. This app is more designed for BDSM and non-monogamous folks.

Thanks for the feedback will definitely look into why you are seeing people outside of your age range. ☹️ We've found that events is the best way to match with people (people who go to events match 10 times more frequently) and hope more people choose to go on events as a mean of finding dates.
  • Disappointing app

For all the talk about community, there sure isn’t one. Every workshop is sex-focused and expensive. That’s not community. Others must have agreed because I think this is an abandoned app since there’s not much else going on. Not many people at all.

we are sorry we are not meeting your needs and hopes. please check out our No One Turned Away for Lack of Funds program for accessibility pricing available to everyone: bloomcommunity.com/notaflof
  • Amazing!!

Amazing app! Such a great way to meet queer and poly people!

    Thank you Rebecca!
  • Promising but…

The matching algorithm is very bad at finding people with interests in common with you, which makes not being able to search or filter by interest even more frustrating.
There’s no way to mark yourself as aroace or not interested in romantic or sexual relationships or encounters. The aroace community needs a safe place to meet people too, and it’s discouraging when it’s integrated with local pride.

Thank you for the great feedback. We're continually working to make the app more inclusive of people's identities, and preferences. We currently have an option to mark yourself as only "looking for friends", but it sounds like this doesn't capture your preferences. Thanks for helping us build Bloom.
