    If a prospective can’t event get past step 2, that’s a bad sign
  • Too Many Glitches

    Tried twice to download and go thru sign up. it’s too many glitches so I deleted it twice. Sorry I wanted to be supportive of this. Oh I have an iPhone 10 if that matters.
  • Bad Idea

    Very confusing, I don’t understand what’s going on.
  • Poor account management

    Three big issues:
    1) signs you up with your phone number and then starts sending you marketing SMS without consent.
    2) app has no way to delete your account.
    3) help is on a website, not a real part of the app and your need to give up even more of your personal information (email) to ask for assistance.

    These actions by the company are inconsistent with their stated values of consent, clear communication, and treating people as people.

    Disappointed in the consent and data/notification management and would delete my account if I could figure out how.
