Love Santiago’s but…
Online ordering is good, but some items need the “chili on the side” option. Indian Tacos, Stuffed Sopapillas & Chili Rellenos need to be phone ordered if you want chili on the side. Frustrating!Phatstripe
Lost their way
At least my location has. With inflation, they have raised their prices as expected. What I didn’t expect was the burritos dropping to half size, and broken taco and tostada shells mixed in with the chips to stretch them out. 1st time I laughed it off thinking it was a fluke. But after the 2nd time, I decided to not return. If a business loses respect for their customers, customers should not return. In a year maybe I will give them another chance.Show lessNastyterminator
