  • Appreciating this new app!

So much easier to navigate with the new app. I did notice when doing a site investigation recently that although there are different categories to go into for the investigation, once you are in a category, it doesn’t show which category you are in at the top so there’s a lot of going back and forth to see where you are—-does this make sense?
  • VSI app

The upgrade is fantastic!! It is much easier to use. I would like to see an additional comments box.
  • Awesome User-friendly App

Photos are crisp and the app is seamless.
    Great Job!
  • App

App is easy to navigate. ..
  • Amazing Application

The VSI app works flawlessly, any first time user would be able to get the hang of it in no time. The pictures come out clear and everything is so self explanatory. I’ve been doing site inspections for Nationwide Virtual Site inspections for months and am very happy with how the app has performed.
  • Ease of use

I have been using inspection mobile apps for quite some time. This was a lot more seamless than most of the other apps. I was able to complete the inspection a lot quicker. Awesome!!
  • App Is Excellent

The VSI App is very user-friendly. I have a total of four assignments. I did two assignments today, which is my first day using this company. First time ever using the app and it was the easiest application ever.

The instructions are easy to follow and the photos come out perfect

The only thing I would suggest is that the title of each picture be shown completely in the section where you take the picture. It's cut off and I couldn't read the full title of what picture I should take.
  • Terrible

The developers have never done a site inspection with their app. It gives terrible map directions and is awkward at best taking and saving pictures in the flow of an inspection. Down grading the resolution of the pictures is bad enough but requiring the user to scroll to the bottom of the inspection form just to save is a pain. Never use this app if you can help you it. The companies who mandate the use of this again have NEVER actually gone through the process of inspection with the software.
  • poor app performance

This app only takes photographs if a cellular connection is available. The authorities want the app to record the latitude-longitude location of the photograph to confirm that the photographer went to the location. Fair enough. But what does the user of this app do when there is no cellular coverage anywhere for a hundred miles? The app does not work if there is no cellular. No photos. No entries allowed. Nothing. When cellular is available, if you have to leave the app rapidly without saving, there is no auto save. The result is lost work. It would be helpful to the end user, to add autosave. The offline button is supposed to do this but then the submit button does not work until it it is put back online. The manual save button is slow. My iphone is not the latest, a 7+, but the tech support rep told me that this is a pretty good phone for being issue free. I auto update my phone. One work around I have tried has been to take needed pictures on my phone, drive a hundred miles to a cellular zone, and upload the pictures to the app web sight. This opens the can of worms of the upload not being in the latitude-longitude location predetermined by the app. Don’t use this app until somebody can redo the code with more thought. This is a poor, clunky app and mostly just awful.
