I LOVE you but I’m begging for you to fix the app 😭
I saw another person also mention this frustration but the photos don’t save in the correct order when you save the whole album. Then on another note the app is buggy and will be in the middle of downloading images and freeze with 6 or 7 left to go, and because all the images are not in order, it’s a pain to figure out what pictures I didn’t get. Plz I love your film lab so much and how quickly the pictures get developed, the scan quality and everything is perfect but the app :((🧚🏼♀️💚

I normally don’t write reviews! But I love this app. It’s such a nice feature to have early digital access while waiting for your hard drive and prints. I am newer to film but love utilizing with this app and recommending to others! Definitely an adorable option thatKrissy Amber
Character limit on email address?
Tried resetting my password for the app, and it says I can enter my username or email address. However, I can’t type my full email address as there seems to be a 16 character limit.murphhay
Can’t place order
When putting in my card info I never get a complete processing. The screen just goes black. Needs a bug fix.Really... Amanda Cheetman?

Love this place and the app but my only issue is when you save your roll as a whole to your camera roll, it saves in a random order. Not the order that the roll was shot in. Minor gripe but would be a lot nicer if they saved in order!Mikedigraz

Nice, but has issues
The lab is great but the app not so much. It often locks up and I have to close and restart. Now I’m on my second complete delete and reload, we’ll see if that works. And, when it was partly working, there was constantly a badge notice on it, that I could not remove. Hope they can improve it, would make things very handy. Using an iPhone 13+ and it always has the latest updates.RBeagonia

I found a home for my film development and have no problem with utilizing the website. Although, having the app would be quite flexible and easier to access photos. It just shows a blank screen ?Jadetheactor24
Great lab
Really good option for film developing! Purchasing the processing and sending it out was super easy, the photos were processed within a day and a half of getting there and I got my negatives back about 2 days after that. High quality scans, even with the cheapest option, an easy process and solid communication the whole time with updates. Would highly recommend rather than CVS or Walgreens or another similar options. 12 bucks to develope a roll of 35mm ain't nothing to sneeze at.Tracy Mik
