Zero start False advertisement
This is the worst car report service out there. Doesn’t give you anymore information than what you can find on google search. What a waste of my money. Stick to carfax they provide the best report.ak45

Put in a known vehicle that had damaged (bought from co-part w/ damaged bumper, headlamp and missing grille, didnt pop up with anything very disappointing waste of moneyjz02169
Has no where to enter number plate
Only has option to enter a licence plate which do not exist in the UK we only have registration plates also know as number plates.
Not a very good start for a company claiming to know full history of a car, when don’t even know the correct term for the vehicle identification number.Jaygsi
App needs improvement - patience needed!
Does this work? The short answer is yes, however server response is slooowww and it looks like you get billed and nothing happens for an unreasonable length of time.
The next time you login, your credits maybe visible, even though the transaction is complete.
Biggest gripe here is that it then asks for you to do another purchase and doesn't recognise the credits. They do eventually turn up and then the search is smooth and informative.
This is poor app design and it should inform the user that credits are pending verification and please wait.
Unfortunately, this is also reflected in the web app, so overall could have a better customer interface.
App also asks whether you want to save 20% - think this might be a multi-buy option, but this is not clear and you do seem to have a discount applied. Additionally I was notified I had a further 10% applied to account by email, but again not sure that it was and no code was given...Show lessOrionsGate

I was having trouble logging into my account and I emailed vertical and with their help I was able to login. I have to say that there could not have done anymore for me. Would not even consider using any other company.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩Bill jags
App and website don’t work in conjunction
So you get the app, you try to sign up, redirected to website, sign up. Discount etc, discount email takes you to website, but the reports at the discounted rate, only works with vin number not registration number on the website has absolutely no link to the app, no code to put into the app for the reports you purchased via the website. NOT FOR CAT CARS
Don’t use it to find out cause of crash on CAT cars. It won’t tell you. This is not for CAT cars it’s for auction cars cos it doesn’t give you any information about the damage. I bought 3 reports for 3 cars and they were all cat. It didn’t give me any extra info than autotrader free reportThe Dandy Lion
