This car vertical app has now given me a 100% peace of mind about the past history of my car. And i shall be recommending this app to all my friends who drive. Thank you very much.
NOT FOR CAT CARS
Don’t use it to find out cause of crash on CAT cars. It won’t tell you. This is not for CAT cars it’s for auction cars cos it doesn’t give you any information about the damage. I bought 3 reports for 3 cars and they were all cat. It didn’t give me any extra info than autotrader free report
Report on a car
Hi done a report on a car today on the app and it doesn’t say it in English for some reason and ticked English and nothing happens
Awful… use carfax instead..
It really tells you nothing… feel like I got ripped off just use the carfax app don’t waste your money.

Utter waste of time and money
Tried to run report on a car, it didn’t find it but I got charged given a credit for another report, if it doesn’t work once why would I try again.
It’s over priced can get same report for £9.99 on a different app which did find the car I was looking for.
Would not recommend this app.

Stay away
Bought this app and it’s probably the worst app I’ve ever used. It charged me a premium, did not work, I didn’t receive my report and could not do anything to resolve it.
Its main aim is to ask you for more report.

Not clear if purchases made ?
Too complex and not sure if purchase made. Simply try to buy a report, then after adding CC details and click on BUY, it only then insists on an account. Which I set up, now won’t let me buy a single report? And I’m not clear if clicking on it multiple times has charged my CC many times also? I just wanted to buy a report, I don’t need all this complexity. I’m going to use old fashioned HPI

Paid for a check which never showed as a credit in the app. Not convinced I’ve not been scammed here
Paid for credits but not showing.
Paid for credits twice (4 searches) on my mobile iOS phone app and they don’t show on my account. I switched to the web version and bought credits which do show up on my account. The original two app purchases still do not show up. All credentials checked, and I can’t understand it.
Avoid at all cost! Did not receive my Report!

I am now also unable to contact this company due to no longer having the VIN as the car was sold to someone else! I want full refund! Scam!
