Keep up the good work
As for the app, it’s a good addition. I have dozens times dozen of tabs opened in the background so sometimes the browser gets clunky to use, but with the app the experience becomes as smooth as baby oil again.

App works fine, all content I paid for is accessible.
Maybe other users didn’t log in with the same credentials?
Not sure what I’m gaining by using this app instead of their website, other than it makes it easier for them to market to me? Still, it’s fine to have one app instead of remembering the URL.
As far as that one complaint about data being collected, it looks the same as most other apps: collecting contact info (login email), diagnostics to update the app, purchases made… the usual stuff. Doesn’t say they are creeping on me tracking my every movement or anything. Nothing to see here.
Do not want to use this app due to privacy concerns
Instead everyone is being told to use this app.
When I look at the privacy documentation I see it is gathering far more data than I am comfortable to share.
