  • Don’t use the “Order it Again” feature if you make modifications!

    I learned the hard way— Don’t use the “Order it Again” feature if you make modifications! We don’t like Mac and always sub for veggies and pineapple but, when you select the “order it again,” it submits it as a standard order. We were too far away to go back once we figured it out, and now, we’re still hungry and we’re throwing away a lot of macaroni tonight. 👎

  • They are so GOOD, js a minor problem

    I love them, they have several delicious plates, Molokai and Kil are my personal FAVORITES waiters are really respectful, portions are perfect, love it.. Just one thing! Sometimes when I order double rice because the the Mac they have hurts my stomach they added extra Mac and not extra rice so I couldn’t enjoy that much, but other then that I crave for their plates and the app is well kept🤗

  • good food bad service

    curbside is terrible, they clearly don’t care about it at my local location and when i called to ask if they would bring my food out they straight up said no. i understand i can pull around but what’s the point of even having curbside. i pull around and the rest of the restaurant is empty and both employees are looking at their phones. Im not one to complain but they don’t even do the bare minimum of saying hello or paying attention which is a bummer because the food is good.

  • Pick up option

    I used this and it went fine. Traffic entering was a hassle as people drive too fast to get in line. E trine I’m using the window as it seems much safer. Food was great. I will return. 😊
  • Order wasn’t correct

    My order wasn’t correct. Contacted location, was told they would reach back out to me to get it taken care of but never heard back from anyone. I have been to this location several times and everything has been wonderful. I wish things would have been right this time since this order was to share with my parents for their 50th anniversary.

  • App items not updated

    I order a lot through the app and had issues previously with the Masubis not available on the app to order. I dealt with the customer service rep and they informed me that the store personal have to update the availability of the Masubis daily or they don’t show on the app. When I go into the store to pickup my food I have to make an additional purchase to get the Masubis. The customer service rep stated that they notified the store about the issue. Well they still don’t update the availability of the Masubis so you are unable to order them through the app at my location. I am about to go pick up another order and then make an additional purchase in the store to get my Masubi. I mentioned this issue to the employees, but they don’t have a clue of what I am talking about…minimum wage can be challenging sometimes.

  • needs an I'm here option

    Every time if I show up before my time I have to wait for the order to pop in the system even if they're not busy. The store needs an option to pull the order up and start working
  • Delicious Food…

    Food is delicious. Portions are big. Would recommend this place to everyone.
    However do not order curbside pickup. There is no way from their app to notify them when you’ve arrived. The app instructs you to park is pickup space #1-4 and they’d bring it out. I waited over 10 minutes and no one came out. Several employees looked out during my time there and still no one moved. You’d think if they would see someone parked in those spaces they would at least look and see if there is an order for that color and make of car (cause they do ask when placing order). It’s disappointing that the curbside pickup they offer seems to be non existent. They should just offer order ahead and pick up through drive through or inside. I ended up going to the drive through to get my order about 10 minutes after arrival and after the time they said it would be ready.

    The food was fire , the customer service was fire , the app is fire . Lia at the lenexa one was my waitress and was a really good help at making decisions and being kind and friendly
  • Curbside horror

    Food was not ready as labeled. No one greeted or brought anything to the car after 20 minutes I went in and still had to wait 3 more minutes to even be greeted. Not pleased
