Broken app
I love everything about your website but you guys need to improve your application its keeps crashing and logging out every time I used it
TOO MUCH STEPS!
Too much steps for sign up! Even if i didnt sign up yet, the app says i already signed up! Horrible service. Not recommended.
UPDATE THIS APP PLEASE!!!
Constantly being logged out, and having to keep logging back in again is the most annoying thing i have ever witnessed on any app. Not to mention, the lag when clicking/loading on things is pretty ridiculous. This app needs to be updated. Badly. I love the prices & convenience of shopping for k-beauty here, but this is nearly a deal breaker for me. Every single review has said pretty much the same thing, so you know itโs a major issue across the boards. Please listen to your customers and fix this with an update. Thanks!!

Great App!
I honestly have had nothing but a good experience from this app, everything is well-laid out, and well-priced. Iโm sure itโs been updated quite a bit over the years, but now itโs one of my favorite app to get k-beauty makeup and skincare. Definitely recommend using it on a phone, not so much another device such as a tablet. The shipping from them is excellent, packing and shipping time are just stellar.

STYLEKOREAN is a very good place to get all your skincare but the only downside is that the app keeps crashing like when you open the app it crashes immediately pls fix this STYLEKOREAN
Network issues
This app is soo laggy and the loading of the products are takes too long ! Lol u need to fix this right away cos how are u going to sale products when it take 25min to view the picture or the app?

Shipped super fast!
I bought the James Welsh Round Lab beauty box that was available for only a few days. And it shipped extremely quickly to the U.S. I thank this company for that. I do wish the app could be updated to look more like a streamlined app. I was glad to support this business with my purchase. But please consider updating the app. It feels like a mini website. Thanks again for the beautiful collection and shipping it so quickly. I hope you continue to collaborate with James Welsh in the future, and Robert Welsh would be a welcome addition too!
