I just downloaded this app and didn’t let me sign in or log in
Can never log back in
They always log me out, have never upgraded to faceid. There’s no verification to reset password and no customer service. Good deals, but when things don’t run smoothly, it’s extremely time consuming and useless to resolve.
Error Application
I can not open application on iphone it's still error and kick out from app and I'm trying to do again and again but it was still kick out. I'm really dispointed on it.❌❌

Super annoying! every time when you close the app its log out and you should log in manually. Bc it doesn’t let you log in with face recognition

Great place for kbeauty and all but the app is horrible. It constantly crashes and so far I’ve reinstalled it twice and it’s the same. I can’t even open the app. It closes on its own.

Already stopped following their instagrams and their all social media and stop apply for trying sample, their no able to give out
