Bye bye, granny bum!
Used consistently (for me, that is daily), you may find yourself standing taller with increased awareness of posture and breathing. Another (more aesthetic) side effect of the Peaches method is less “granny bum” and more of a strong peach 🍑 (superficial, I know, but it is worth mentioning).
More importantly, after a few weeks of consistent Peaches practice. I find myself slowing down and paying attention to my breathing and the present moment.
A special shout-out to Tori, Bec, Laura and Milly and the yoga teachers (Liv and Carla) for your wonderful energy. Peaches has made a real difference to my struggle with depression — thank you.
