SCAMMING APP

I searched up mega quest customer service number about purchasing a gear vr for my mom and the rep said yes we have a promotion, then he said but before we do the purchase i need you to download the app to confirm the payment method, then asked me to go on my settings to control my device and asked me to go in my bank account app, i immediately knew something was off and dropped the call and cancel the fake scammer from controlling my bank account. Super fake and scammers use this app to steal. Thankfully i noticed right away and stop it!!!!

Scammer asked for Apple wallet and target cards

They’re scammers they’re supposed to be Etsy why would Etsy want me to go into Apple wallet then go to target cards I fell victim to this a year ago and I’m not again so anybody that tries to use this app they rip you off their Scammers you call the phone number. No one answers and the phone number they called me on I have. Etsy and Etsy will never call you.

This app is for scammers

So I was having problems with my Facebook and messenger. I called the help service for Facebook. The automative system told me which number to put in the dialing pad. I got ahold of somebody they told me to download this app and I was getting that gut feeling. They was telling me if I used marketplace that there was a purchase and then trying to get my bank information! I hung up the phone immediately and erased the app! I believe this app showed them my whole phone set up just from this app! I immediately went to the bank and to my phone service place!! DONT DOWNLOAD!!

Got into my bank app - SCAM

Please don't reply to my review trying to defend this crummy app, which is basically theft on wheels. I caught you guys red-handed trying to steal money directly out of my bank account.

I had to change my user ID because somebody kept on trying to change my email address, phone number, etc. They pretended they were connected to Apple support after installing the app. They immediately wanted to look at my bank app and my Venmo app. They tried to instigate a fake crypto Transfer. Immediately deleted, and I had to change my banking password and my Venmo password.

Almost got scammed by Indian Scammers

Was having problem with facebook account, i was not aware that this was scam until i read the reviews. The guy asked me to download the app and I was almost going to fill the details . Suddenly i just read the reviews and realised that i am going to get scammed!!!

SCAMMERS ON FACEBOOK!! Don’t do it!

I’m leaving this because the guy that commented before me and I had the same experience. I had a problem with my Facebook. I googled phone number for Facebook. I called it and I got the samepeople. They talked me to downloading THIS APP and to manipulate me through my financial apps by looking through Information on my phone luckily just like the guy before me, I caught onto them just in time!

Read Before Downloading!!! SCAM

If someone through “Facebook Support” states that you need to download this app in order to resolve an issue with your account being hacked or locked, do not do it!!! It is 100% a scam and they are trying to take your money! They will ask you to access your accounts, such as Venmo, CashApp and even your bank. Do not fall for this scam!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!

I received an email stating that there was a paypal purchase for $700 (I don't have paypal) in the email there was a number and I called to clarify the situation. They told me that someone was using my identity to make purchases because it seemed like I was making a purchase from Georgia, Phoenix and Ohio. He asked me to download this application and I confidently did it until the application asked me to share the screen with the "technician" and I asked him if it was safe and he told me yes, because it was the only way so they would be able to block the hackers. In the application it says in red letters "are you sure you want to share your screen with the technician" and "that it was not safe to share the screen with others" the truth is that scared me and I hung up on him. He was also a man from India.

An Excellent App To Support My Clients

I own a repair business and this app has helped me connect with my clients to assist in remote support. Anyone saying this is a scam has gave someone they don’t know authorized access to use their device. This is typically done over the phone by scammers in New Delhi and anyone giving a 1 star rating is not qualified to be giving a honest review regarding this app due to their own incompetence. This app is used by many for legitimate business practices.

Scam!!!

I called a company Helpdesk number and they had me download this app as part of the help process. I did not realize that the I called a phishing number. This app gave them access to everything on my phone when they connected. The only thing that tipped me off was they slipped up calling out a piece of information that I never offered.
