Well, look no further! This app listens to the perceived power levels of the sound moving around you, and converts the power level into a measure of sound intensity called the decibel. The higher the decibel rating, the more damaging the sound may be. Typically a sound level above 90 - 100 decibels is cause to take note. The app displays a readout of the power levels in a visual graph. If the graph is green, you are good to go, if the graph is red, reconsider your proximity to the sound, or wear some hearing protection. App is meant to simply be informative and informational. Please use at your own risk and discretion. The nature of the sound equipment on a phone is not as reliable as a professional dedicated sound meter.
