STAY AWAY!!!
I have been trying to cash out for over a week. I played in two different rooms. One refuses to cash me out ( PLAYERS LOUNGE) steer clear of that one. Cheddar Club refused to cash me out unless I played 500hands. Which was not disclosed in their terms of service. CLUB GG is a scam!! You deposit and when you want to cash out they wil either make up new termsof service , ignore you, or not respond.

Value is not there anymore
Was an excellent app with great value until recent update. Now the final stage tickets are almost halved in value per ticket. Not grinding all day long to win a final stage ticket that isn't even worth $15. I like the bankroll builder format but the value just isnt there anymore and not worth playing. Its frustrating cause I was planning on continuing the membership long term but now I cant justify the $49/m price.

Bad Beats and Rigged LOL
I get a kick out of all the reviews complaining about bad beats. It’s just poker people. They clearly haven’t played much live. I won a main event seat this year in just my second month of subscription. First time ever playing in the main event, I made it half way through day 4 and cashed for 23k. Thanks GG! My only disappointment was that they didn’t host a party for main event winners. Was really looking forward to it.

Could we have chinese version？
This is a really amazing app that we enjoy the fairness of dealing system，but we do need a chinese version for Chinese users who love poker but can not read English which is a super big market

Let me start off by saying this site (ClubGG ) is 100% legit Been on the site for about a year now and have won 3 mspt $1,110 live seats and a 2021 wsop crazzy 888s seat , the results is about the same feeling of when you play online . At the 2021 wsop crazy 888s made it to day 2 woke up in the BB with pocket Qs ,UTG min raised fold to me had less then 10 BB shoved , snap call , pocket kings no improvement out 226 place cashed out $2700 . the wsop and the rio rigged against me ???? Nope that’s poker Mspt January 2022 Vegas day 2 less then 10 from cash had AK SUITED shoved , got called by the big stack 68 . Hits his 8 , im out . The MSPT is rigged against me ???? Nope that’s poker Mspt Iowa last month late in day one 30 or so from bagging , have pocket 3s limped , blinds call , flop AJ3 , check to me , I do a silly check back , turn 2 bet to me I shove BB calls 45 out again . Mspt Iowa rigged against me . Nope a stupid play on my behalf. That’s poker The 4 one I will play in Iowa at the end of October So to recap I’ve put $600 in monthly subs Won $4200 in buy ins cashed for $2700 So yeah believe these negative reviews and let me keep winning Now the only complaint I have is for the last month or so my app has been constantly crashing on me and it takes me multiple time logging in to get a solid connection (sometimes in up ward off 20 times ) Other then that thiss app is great

New software please
I have been playing on ClubGG GG for 2 to 3 years now I would like to see the screen rotation upgraded to the new software new table selections and options for more card selection the software runs great currently as it is just a thought to try and help advertise the software
Algorithm problem
I’m not sure if I’m the only one with trouble but it’s mathematically impossible for straights, flushes, or boats to be hitting at an abysmal rate. Over 70% of the time people get into big hands with insane hands. The person ahead always loses to one outers or runner runners it’s insane. The algorithm definitely has many problems as it favors the weaker hand in the turn and river.

Scam app
Terrible app. Worse than pokerbros. You’ll regret downloading this and putting in money. You’ll get 1 or 2 outed 50% of the time on the river. They do this to force you to pay for insurance. You’ll be 98% chance to win on the flop, then get runner runnered to lose. If you go multi-way to the flop, the board will pair and the worst hand will flop trips 80% of the time. They want you to put more money in because the rake will be higher and you’ll lose it all on the river. It’s a scam. The vloggers designed this app to make you lose in big pots.
