Your app needs help
I’ve been playing this app for over 2 months now and there are some serious issues with your algorithms 1 Your app favors the week hand! 2 real poker players don’t stand a chance with what is allowed in this game I’ve had pocket kings more time then I can count and have had the hand destroyed with 7 4 8 2 and 6 2 more times then I can count this is not real poker and 3/4 of the ppl that play may be nice enough ppl but they are not poker players and have no Business being at a poker table I love the concept of what you’re doing but your algorithms need help I pay $52 a month to sit down at a table with people who don’t know how to play cards just to lose that it is not poker!!!!

This seems better than other poker apps for realistic hands and card odds, but PLEASE add an audio chat feature.

Crash when switching back to app

Crashes since latest update
Since the update 3 days ago it won’t even ope on an iPad and if using your iPhone and want to bounce between apps omit, club gg crashes when you go back to it.
App Forcing Shutdown
App closes every time I open a different app or simple leave the ClubGG screen like to answer a call. It then forces me to restart the app by double tapping the app icon on my main screen. That’s on my iPhone. I can’t even open the app on my iPad because it does the same thing so when I respond to my iPad request to sign in to Apple or try to cancel that request it closes the app before I can even access the app. Like a catch 22. Can you help?

App keeps kicking me out
Since update app is kicking me out randomly then won’t let me back to my seat, and now won’t even let me open it! Loved the app until now!
Great App
I love GG Poker app and ClubGG is lovely !
Few questions:
1. Why is it the feature to show the hole cards at the end of the hand is disabled in Stage 2 and 3?
2. I’m unable to see the total downloads in App Store. How many downloads so far?
3. I would like to see the no. Of chips the “sitting out” user has. It helps when the game is close to the money bubble. You can show when the chips when we click on them.
4. When I use an emoji when the hand is over, I’m unable to see the next hand hole cards and have to wait until emoji is complete.

Great app, but could use a few more features
The app playability is fantastic. It plays just like a normal poker game. Other sites I have played in the past have not had as good playability.
With that being said, there are 3 things that I think could make this the best poker app/site ever.
First, when creating a custom tournament for your club, the blind structure should be customizable. My club is not enormous, so for tourneys, we prefer to customize the blinds to speed up the game. However, that does not seem to be a current feature of this app.
Second, the ability to landscape/horizontal mode on both the phone and the computer app (full screen on the computer) would make the viewing pleasure astronomically better.
Last, a fantastic feature I have seen on other sites/apps is the ability to do video chat. I understand that is a more considerable update to make, but I do really consider trying to add that feature. It provides a real, live poker experience.
All in all, this app is fantastic and with a few adjustments could be the best poker app ever created.

Unrealistic
Absolutely one of the worst random shuffle of cards that’s saying much when it’s online. Played about a handful of free rolls for this new club and constant suckouts. Example and this is many I lost every freeroll due to a suckout like 5 outer or worse. KK raise big UTG 6 handed and a couple people are sitting away. Get called by the luck box who had been sucking out on me the whole time. Flop 662 you already know where I am going with this. I call down luckbox has 62o. Also two of the HU I was in lost due to V river a boat against my flush. This app is so bad. Stay Away unless you are playing for free.
