Mission Chief in general is bad
In this game I get harassed a ton, I leave an alliance to get away from harassment only to go to another one and get mistreated there. Definitely a ton of alliances to avoid, then go over to the board and it’s run all by the top alliance in the game and I get mistreated over there for no reason. Support sure doesn’t help when I small them. Legal action I would take but isn’t possible.Show lessMom3.131415

We just want to mention that the game can also be played without alliance, but it is obviously more fun together with other players. Fun but has some issues
The game is fun but there are several issues with it. The hospital is supposed to release a patient after an hour, none of my patients have been released and I have to spend coins to free up space for new patients. Also, the police stations do not have any cells and I cannot find a way to put prisoners in them. I have to release prisoners which doesnt allow me to complete the mission to collect my reward. Other than that the missions pop up fast and the game is engaging.Show lessShilanteCarter

I first played the game and found it quite difficult at first, but then I joined an alliance and it made it so much better!!

Stimulates enjoyment
Its very good however I poorly chose my station location at the start of the game when I didn’t really know the importance of it and now I can’t change my location unless I watch a lot of adds (I think)heiwjsnsj38382
Best free mobile game
I wanted to say I really respect the developers of this game. They could have made it a cash grab but they didn’t and for that I solute them. Makes me actually want to donate to this game (plan to soon). I hope to see additional features in the future (looks like the devs already do). Would like to see personnel get injured and more staff management. There needs to be a down side for having too much staff. But overall would recommend.Show lesscc1010100
Upgrades
Please update to implement PTS vehicles for patient transfers so as to not tie up an ambulance
Also please implement operational support unit van with 6 officers minimum in to help with large scale disturbances

Engaging
The game takes a little time to get used to I am just beginning and I am not a pro yet but I can tell you this my city is crime free and clean of all fires. Good but
Such an addictive game! However, I keep getting a blank white screen with just “504: Bad Gateway” coming up. Whatever I do on the game it constantly comes up. Ruining my experience which is why i am only giving it 4 starsonefalcon16
