Enjoyable, but limited.
You’re basically a dispatch controller ordering units around with the ability to decide where stations are located.
While this is enjoyable, there’s no function for automatically dispatching units, so I predict the larger your organisation gets, the more frustrating micromanagement will get.
Would be great if as you promote, lower level missions can be completed for you, maybe by using the patrol function. ie if a unit capable of completing a mission below your rank is patrolling within a set distance from an incident, they will attend. This means you move from dispatcher to manager, carefully creating routes to predict where units may be required, while still controlling new level missions and keeping the game fresh.
One really good aspect it using real life maps. I think that is really unique and adds enjoyable location recognition; it did make me smile when an animal attack was occurring across the road from my house!Show lessJohno9115

Thank you for the detailed feedback and we are glad to hear you enjoy the usage of real life maps. 😃 We are constantly improving the game but we also try to avoid automation too much. But we have the feature of "Alarm and Response Regulations" where you can create templates of emergency handlings and basically define which vehicles to send for which emergency. Those can also be shared with other players and alliances. And with them you can one click send all the necessary vehicles to a mission instead of sending every vehicle one by one. We hope that helps. Also sharing missions within an alliance allows members to help with missions, so you do not have to handle them alone. A fun game but as far as functionality and ongoing interest I have to give this game 3 stars. For one it cost WAY to much money to play this game and advance on a fun level, no special packs or offers just a straight price for what you want. Compared to what I have parent on here compared to other games, I have enjoyed those others way more. Also the developers need to add more interesting content and do something way more interactive with the interface. This game has awesome potential but need a lot more thought through ESPECIALLY when you charge as much as you do for basically nothing....like games from 2010. Thank you for the detailed feedback. You actually do not have to spend a single dollar on the game. You can unlock everything by being active. We recommend to start with small stations. They are cheaper and also generate missions. In addition to that, you should definitely join an alliance! Alliances help you with difficult missions AND you earn additional Credits with alliance missions. We currently have a minimalistic design to not distract from the core gameplay and also keep the performance high when you have hundreds or thousands of stations and vehicles on the map. 😊 But feel free to always write us via support@missionchief.com with suggestions on improvements. This is an enjoyable game and as said in the title, it seems realistic. It’s also a good way to meet people once you’re in an alliance, which is also a massive help to newer players. Just ask and someone will know.
I am having issues over this weekend where I am getting constant error messages telling me to restart the app. It seems to be getting worse though and I can’t get onto it for any time before it says this now.
UPDATE: Issue fixed after restarting my phone. I also have a question for you guys. When you share a job / mission with your alliance other people come to help out. Is there any plans to allow the person who shares the job to remove other players who are going to the job? For example, many missions in our alliance say 1 unit only to share more credits amongst everyone who goes to the job. For those who don’t listen and send enough units to complete the job, is there a plan that would enable the extra units to be taken away?Show lessY2Kev5

I absolutely love this game I play on desktop mainly but it takes a lot of time to build up resources. Could you please have a game mode where everything is free so you can build and have unlimited resources etc. Almost like a creative mode. I admire this game but it is too long and boring to wait till you get points/coins. ThanksShow lessnipscity

Thank you very much for the feedback! We will take a look at your suggestion, but we want to give you some recommendations in the mean time to earn Credits quickly: 1. Start with building small stations. They are cheaper, but also generate missions (= Credits). 2. Join an active alliance. It is needless to say that it is more fun together, but other members can also help you with difficult missions. PLUS: You earn extra Credits for alliance missions. Had an issue with the games, waited a full week to get a response from customer support. Tried contacting them both through the game and Facebook messenger, they took forever.
Then even more problems, as I’ve now been logged out, seen reports from others and it appears this is not uncommon. Spent time and money on this game, all wasted.

Having worked the public safety field for 20+ years this is an amazingly executed concept. Very well polished. I would like to see the following things added.
Sandbox mode for a standard cost for the game $19.99 would even be acceptable it is executed so well.
I wrote another review and noticed some of what I asked for was buried in the game, I just didn’t see or know about it yet.
So here are some of my recommendations.
Jurisdictional boundaries, (maybe customized to a zip code or county or city etc. The calls that are only immediate to station proximity is a little dumb, though I understand the concept.
There should be a rural option for those of us not living in a city and want to simulate rural enforcement and rescue.
Random encounters for police units assigned to patrol routes. Traffic stops needing backup, suspicious encounters, etc.
Game is a too much of a GRIND.. Way too little reward for a lot of busy work, again I understand the concept.
Overall if you enjoy this concept of gameplay, I am yet to find one even close, it literally mimics my in car CAD setup to a T.

It’s ok
I started to play and it is very good and very addictive I enjoy playing it. Reason for 2 stars as I’m now at a level of doing well I keep getting a pop up saying “game unavailable” and it fails to load up. This has been going on for many hours now it’s frustrating and it would be good for mail to be sent out about any server maintenance or issues with the game. Also after spending money on credits to progress that little bit quicker it’s annoying. Apart from that love the game and suppose I have to wait and see what tomorrow brings.
UPDATE: had no more issues and developer has explained he situation. I have been hooked and now in an alliance the game has got a lot better and more enjoyable 😊Show lessTlee1988

That caused the connection issues you described. We also wrote it on our Facebook wall, so everybody can see it even without access to the game itself. Basically an exact replica of an already popular mobile and browser game, just with less features, if you are wanting a game like this look at Mission Chief, much much better with many more features 😂ReqdySteadyCook
