20 years later and it’s still effective.
I originally purchased the Bait of Satan in 2015 if my memory serves me correct. However I wasn’t led to read it until now (2024) and my Lord is it on time. 24 people I wrote a private letter to that offended me in my life that was brought to my attention while reading this book. It opened my eyes to my lack of forgiveness, judgmental thinking, and my need for self awareness. I am grateful to God to say that I #1 never presented those letters. #2 felt horrible after I re read what was in my heart. #3 wrote a letter of apology and completely acknowledged what I could have did better. #4 pray blessings over them that I desire for myself and my family. I would like to say this was an easy task but I would be lying. It did not feel good at all. But the fruit of freedom makes it worth it. I am still exercising my right to choose to forgive and truly be free. As Holy Spirit leads I will continue to follow. Pastor John Thank you for your obedience. Because of you I now know and understand clearly how to forgive and I will share the Gospel of Jesus in a new way. And with the help of God never take the Bait of Offense again. John and Lisa and fam are a great inspiration. When my heart wanders or Im struggling with sin or just feel indifferent and apathetic I am ALWAYS challenged and spurred on by listening to their teachings. They are simple and easy to understand and yet in the simplicity give deep and profound truths and keys to a victorious Christian life and a life that honours and pleases God. I have read many of Johns books and listened to both John and Lisa since my 20s and I’m now in my mid 50s and still getting so much out of what they share. I like to take this time to thank you, It has been a while since I visit you via the X app, by the way the features of the app seems more user friendly, and the images look sharper and more appealing. This morning God put it in my heart to revisit you, and I found a topic I needed to hear, scripture says that"Hope deferred makes the heart sick", I have been waiting for God to fulfilled the vision He gave me 15 years ago, after listening to you, God reminded me that He still developing my character, I realized that God will not entrust me with something my character is not prepare to do, because it can very easily end up in a disaster, so I am grateful that God continues to shape my character into the image of Jesus, I am learning more and more that God's way is way better than my way, and that walking by faith and humbly with Him and remaining grateful are requirements for God to fulfilled the vision in my life, God continues to shape my character, and the closer I get to the promise, the harder the journey becomes, but your words reminded me to not fret, not faint and to not forget His vision for my life.

Hey! -This is actually a review for Healthy Relationships with Chip Judd.
I watched this whole series because you answered an email of mine. I had questions about the wife submitting to the husband and others about this covenant relationship. And you recommended ‘Healthy Relationships’. What I watched answered so many questions amazingly! But better than that, the whole idea about boundaries -my responsibility and, thus, my authority- gave me the biggest breakthrough! I didn’t know it was even possible to live this way. I also learnt how I can live secure in the Father’s love and approval and acceptance, even when I don’t get these needs met in other relationships. I now have peace and rest and ‘know-how’ in different situations. Thank you so much to all the team who put these vids together! This series was more than I could ever have imagined -sounds over the top, but it brought that much change to my life, and I’m eternally grateful!Show lessporridge is good

Many years ago as a new Christian, I would open my Bible and asked the Lord to show me something some of the first scriptures he gave me we’re on the fear of the Lord
Since I was teaching children and pretty child like myself, one of the first scriptures, he gave me is the secret of the Lord is with them that fear him and I got very excited because I went oh Lord oh I wanna be Close to you I want you to tell me secrets
I actually thought the ladies Bible study on the fear of the Lord
But that was many years ago and many things happening over the years
Reading Jon’s book, has brought back this beautiful scriptures that are like hugging, old friends
I just lost my husband and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the course. It has brought such encouragement to me.
The practical suggestions I have applied, and I am so grateful. With my whole heart, I want to change. And to obey the Lord.
I think this is the core of our Christian faith
The practical applications in each lesson provides i encouragement
I am buying this book for others and praying they will be strengthened and their faith and they’re all of God
I love the presentations because they’re real
