Can’t reset password
Locked out of app since can not remember password. Password reset via email doesn’t work. Competitor taxi firm KingKabs app works better.
Do not use this taxi firm
Do not book a taxi with this firm. I booked a taxi and waited an hour and it didn’t arrive. I called abbey taxis and they said I had never booked any taxis. What a complete waste of time.
Awful
Terrible. Book in advance and the time comes and goes. If you ring to ask what’s happening they say nobody in the area? Well you would expect they send one rather than just hope it magically appears at my neighbours house!
