A fun game game but the weekly event ruins it

I overall like this game, but the awful Golden Shores event drags it down a star or two. This is actually harder to complete the better your staff cards get as I finished it my first week and not since. In addition, it tries to force you to buy rubies because the odds of necessary bonuses are pathetically low. I spent over 1500 gems at 65 a pop and got only one of the three bonuses. Unless those get refunded and the chances improved, I may quit the game entirely, rather than just skip the event.

Ads are a joke!

The game in general is good. Its the ads that make me not want to play. The ads are way TOO long, then most of the time you end up watching more than one ad at a time and having to cross off ads 5+ times every time. I’m not paying the rip off price of £13 for no ads. I will be deleting if nothing changes with the long ads!

Good game but slow progress

I am really enjoying the game. I paid for no ads and was about to buy the manager bundle but then checked the version history and realised that the game hasn’t had a meaningful update for 2yrs so decided not to pay for it. The progress at the start I good, but then once you upgrade the first restaurant and noodle house to lvl 2 it gets super slow. This is why I would buy the manager bundles to make progress faster and keep playing longer. I would purchase it if the devs ever come back to the game, which is unlikely.

Needs to be better

I bought the game and spent over 100 hours and this is what I find:
All you do is upgrade and repeat, forever.
Needs a rating system for your restaurant to incentivize customers to visit.
Create menu items.
Create different customers (ie big spender/large family/food reviewer/Slowpoke/Karens) so they have impact on revenue and ratings of your restaurant.
Why are customers piling into one stall? How come there’s so much money involved in everything (million, billion, trillion “aa”??).
All I do for “Idle Chain” is upgrade and I don’t have time to reach the end of the continent tree even if I’m constantly playing.
Waiters are holding food when they face right, but not when they face down.
In the create your avatar window there’s a box to identify your characters name but when I click it nothing happens?
There’s a bug at the cars; while 3 are waiting before the toll gate the 1st one goes but the 3rd comes after?? Shouldn’t it be 1st, 2nd, then 3rd?
Overall, I will change this rating when I see fixes. I paid $12 for full access and it’s hardly worth it with these problems.

A little disappointing

This is an amazing game. The pacing of restaurant upgrade is steady and makes the game engaging. Its simple, but not too simple. It’s just right. And it’s very relaxing because there are not too many visual stimulations.

However, in order to do well in the challenges, the revenue generated from watching ads is necessary. But the problem is you spend so much time watching ads. I’ve been playing for two months, and I’m sure there are some days where I’ve watched over 100 ads. There’s a premium option to remove ads and still receive the bonuses they provide, but it costs $13. That price is a little steep, in my opinion.

Overall, good game but super annoying ads.

I don’t really like it

At first, I thought it was fun but then it started getting really glitchy and asking me to pay for stuff and it was getting pretty boring. It takes a while for you get money and do you have to pay lots of real money for things.

wouldn’t recommend playing….

It was fun at first but the time it takes to accumulate money is too time consuming plus in order for you to get enough money to get stars which helps you go to the next level you have to watch a massive amount of ads. It seems like no matter how much you upgrade your restaurant the money that comes in isn’t enough to get to the next level. It seems like they want you to spend your money just to pass and I won’t spend money on a game that crashes and makes you lose your progress. Also customer support seems automated like it’s a bot maybe if the developers fixed this people would actually play it.
