This app got buzz on twitter so I decided to use it. The first time, the order arrived cold and 3 hours!! Late. I couldn’t believe it, so I blamed the vendor. The second time was an order placed 11am but delivered past 3pm. I couldn’t believe it. I still wanted to give another chance, this time, they cancelled the order and moved the money 15k to my “wallet”, then took another 2 hours to deliver what I ordered instead. The fourth time was funny, I placed this order and immediately asked support to cancel, they asked why and I gave reason: wrong address. They said they could fix it, but a fee may apply. I replied with the new address but asked to cancel if I’ll be charged, after 2 and half hours, I saw that my rider is on his way. No one replied me anyway as they always don’t. Takes them about 40 mins to type a useless “my apologies” reply. Shockingly I got a call now that they’re going to charge me 1k for changing address. Hehe. The woman on the phone was the most untrained customer service I’ve met. She called me and just said “hello, this is Chowdeck, I’m calling to inform you we’ll be charging you 1k” Honestly can’t be bothered I’ve deleted this app, get your BP raise at your own peril 😂👍🏽.
