Trash app with lots of bugs that will take your money even if it’s their fault and not refund you back. Find a more reputable application.

App needs work

App and website need work when it comes to timezones. The answer from customer service is you can always check the countdown timer! What a stupid response!! Also customer service dont know if you can use virtual backgrounds on the video meetings. They have no idea what it even mean.

Very bad service

Really bad service they are not professional. Can you imagine there is no function for deleting my account hahaha what service is that?

Worst Customer Service

The app has a big problem!

When you try to schedule a session, the app freezes. After logging back in and successfully reserving a session, you discover your timezone has been changed, and you miss your session!!

I've been seeking a refund for nearly a month now. Every time I contact customer service, I receive a new case number and I’m asked to wait 48 hours. It's simply not worth your time.

Very Disappointing Service/App Experience

One of the most frustrating ways to discourage mental health patients is through this app, which causes more problems than it serves. As an Egyptian or Arabian online platform, it should provide affordable mental health services. However, if you make a reservation within Egypt and travel elsewhere, the app will prevent you from attending your session, and getting a refund is unlikely. Imagine scheduling a mental health appointment for a friend overseas, only to have the app deny them access. Support asked for more money, despite the circumstances. The psychologist was absent because my friend could not connect. They insisted on paying in the local currency when abroad. It's as if they exploit people's needs and charge exorbitant rates, unlike how things are done in the UK or USA. On top of that, I lost 600 EGP / $30 because of their negligence. Will never use again!! 👎

Worst customer service ever

After the latest update the application changes the time zone when you book an appointment and you discover that your appointment is not at the same time you booked . Happened twice already but in the second time I could manage to attend session in the changed appointment but the first one was difficult and I missed the session and it has been a month now contacting them and they keep maneuvering with me and they refuse to refund me for the missed session because of their mistake

They are a fraud they said they refunded me a canceled session which they never did I asked for the reference number they never sent it
They have no shame in stealing your money
I don’t recommend this place at all
