If you travel forget this app
I travel quite a bit for my job. I thought that since it’s virtual it will be a great option. However, they change the pricing based on ur location. So for example a therapist that would cost u 400 EGP if your in Egypt where the app is based. Will cost 4 times that outside of Egypt $105 which translate to around 2,000 EGP. Great concept very poor execution I use different apps that charge me based on my location but nothing was as atrocious as thecurrency-conversion rate they use on that app. As for customer service I have nothing good to say.

The therapist was good, but the customer service is almost always useless. I was not able to attend my session
