Doesn’t work even with in-app purchase
Save yourself the money. Don’t buy. I tried the free version but never had enough tokens to view my pics. So I thought why not at least try it with the in-app purchase. Big mistake. I’ve never gotten a single pic from my GR III to show. I’ve restarted the app, the camera, and even formatted the memory card. Very disappointing.NOLA haydee

A spectacular, must-have App for GRIII users
Like many others, I have been very disappointed by the poor performance of the “official” app. This app, however, is a god-send. It worked first time: pairing, transferring, and even remote capture—all worked seamlessly and perfectly the first time!

I downloaded this app with the expectation that it would function better than the notoriously bad app from the company itself. I went to transfer photos today and got a message from the app saying I "don't have enough tokens to perform this operation." Have you no shame?j ra iagrklbk

The token system is designed to have a better integration of the advertisement in the app and the revenue it generates helps to keep the app free and easily assessable to everyone on App Store. If you prefer an ad-free user experience(i.e. no token system), an in-app purchase item is also provided in the app to remove ads.
