Somewhat clunky user interface. App crashes often or drops camera views both in normal and history views. App often won’t even connect when away from home which makes it somewhat useless.Developer Response

I love the cameras however it continues to shut off line and have to wait a while before the cameras are back to view. This defeats the purpose of having real time cameras.constantly freezes

I took out a Wyze camera. I looked and worked great. Now I can’t access it. Tried rebooting it.Lag
Takes way to long to load. By the time it pulls up the whomever was at my house is all ready gone. I then have to rewind video to see. I know it isn’t my internet as I run speed test often and it’s 370-400Never works
I just dont understand why this app is so horrible…1 day my cams are online…next 5 days the app says cams offline. Im on my same network, ill go look at dedicated monitor and the cams are working…but the app isnt. Garbage.App stinks
If your on local network with the cameras the app works most of the time. However when your away from local network it is really bad. It’s a hit or miss if you can connect to the cameras if you do they are very slow and drop out a lot. The app needs a lot of work and try to reach someone for help with it is a joke. When you click on support it takes you to a page and no link to send anyone a message. I guess they don’t want to be bothered. Cameras and app are useless.Show lessDeveloper Response
If the unit works well on the local network, but does not perform well offsite, please check your network upload speeds since the stink might be coming from there. All support emails and link work well when used properly. If your unit is working well now after troubleshooting your network, make sure to update your review.
