This app is for use with Cortex Medallion Series units only. If you attempt to connect to other brands it will not work. Now, when connecting to the proper unit it is fast and easy to use.Moworks
Doesn’t work in France

Network and WIFI speed access or speed will affect the performance on all viewing apps. Also check the upload speed on the recorder side. thanksCamera system sound does not work right

Awesome equipment
Use this system on my family home. Images are crisp with no lag. I really enjoy the fact that is self contained with a dvr, no fear of dropped signal or hacking of wireless systems. Have no issues thus far.Acoch
