I took screenshots of required button taps that were pages in Chinese only. This happens multiple times. I supposedly have about $95 in USD value but can’t figure out how to use or exchange it for dollars. Maybe I can send it to someone who’d give me cash in hand… yeah right!!!

Any NFT related menu is removed in the iOS WEMIX Wallet app following the store policy. (Users’ NFT does not disappear. Only the NFT menu is removed)
All of WEMIX NFT features like NFT Trade, store, etc are available in WEMIX NFT Marketplace Webpage (https://market.wemixnetwork.com/).
Login is required in order to use the features, so please note that.

From the next button not working, to when it sends the verification code it tells me it’s wrong. Don’t even waste your time.
What happened to the nft option? I cant purchase or sell my character using the wallet. Fix this stuff right away and this wallet is awesome.

"WEMIX wallet is a decentralized walelt and a token, NFT can't be arbitrary be lost. Please check your log in account, whether you have not collected your order in DEX or NFT Market.

I used Apple ID to make account but never made a password for transactions. Now to make a transaction I need a password I never created.

Please be advised that it's not possible to create an account without setting up a password first. There is no automatic account creation in WEMIX Wallet. If the app has automatically redirected you to your Wallet Home, instead of creating a username and password, it means that there is already an existing wallet account.无法登陆报错

WEMIX wallet, the blockchain technology-based decentralized wallet service can't help you if you have lost your password used for transaction signature of the digital asset, etc. in WEMIX wallet.
Decentralized wallet service means that user has to manage all log in password, transaction password etc. and its responsibility is fully with the user.
The passwords are created based on a blockchain technology and the WEMIX wallet does not collect or save the passwords and it can't be modified unless the user changes it directly.
Hence, the responsibility of managing the passwords is on the user and WEMIX wallet also informs it with Terms of Service.

Through use of the Service, you are deemed to have fully agreed that you are solely responsible for the use of login and password of your account, protection of any registration data provided for account creation, and for any actions conducted during account usage.
Therefore, the best option that you may do is to remember the passwords that you have used, or try out in Setting > Passwords change menu.
The passwords should have the following:
