  • Addaday App is Dead

This app is nonfunctional! The massage gun itself works just fine without a Bluetooth connection but the app gets stuck in a perpetual cycle of loading. Don’t waste your time with the app!

  • Does not work.

    The app does not work.
  • Is the app dead?

Can’t sign in or create an account. Get “ERROR identity pool…” message. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. No dice.
  • Glitchy

The app doesn’t load when trying to find “where it hurts”. Takes forever to load if it ever does, which most times it just completely shuts down
  • Do not buy their products

I bought the bio6 massage pillow and it did not work!! I plugged it in let it charge for 30mins to an hour maybe a little longer and I could not get it to turn on no matter what I did. Customer service does not take care of the issue it’s just ridiculous!
  • Good, not great

This review is just for the app (which is fine) and not for the device (which is great).

This app is close to being really good but has one significant issue with the suggested flows: there is no time for you to change the attachment or read the steps for the next movement before it starts. It just moves one segment to another. So if it’s not one you have done before or you need to switch out the attachment, you have to pause or just try to do it quick and miss a chunk of it. If there was essentially an auto-pause and confirm between each little video, it would make the whole suggested flow much more pleasant!

  • Doesn’t work without the app

Whenever I use the bio zoom edge without the app it either shuts off automatically or goes into A1 mode without my input.
  • Great Idea

Don’t have an Addaday device- I use it with my knockoff massager. I can’t connect to the app because it’s not Addaday but still works great. Love the Hamstring and Groin treatments
  • Excellent

Much more personalized than hyperice and theragun. Feels like it’s based on science than just a marketing gimmick
