  • Incredibly Rude Staff

    This Company has one of the rudest staff members I have encountered in a long time. Kari Mendoza decided to pick a fight with me and call me a rude client after I was asking questions about cancellation and further fees. We are already on the Main Land and had a friend drop off our cat for us. Of course, our cats flight was canceled due to maintenance and they’re trying to find him a new flight. Our friend was already at work and we were low on funds after paying a grand for him. Naturally we would send our friend back to to get him but he can’t leave work. Kari did not do well explaining the next steps for helping our cat. I explained our situation and finances to her and that we are not in Hawaii anymore. She then proceed to become very nasty with me and “caps yell” at me over text and said I was being rude. I responded that I wasn’t being rude and that I was trying to understand. She wanted to continue arguing and acted as if I was attacking her when all I needed were answers about my cat. The company clearly doesn’t care about teaching customer service or have any compassion if you aren’t able to receive your animal. All they seem to care about is treating you like crap and making an extra buck off of you. After I said we could try to get money for boarding she brushed me off and said she was helping another client. So now I don’t know how my cat is doing. Kari Mendoza, I sincerely hope you lose your job for being horrible at your job. Even if I was being rude, it’s not her job to yell at me and then deny me service. I full heartily I was not rude to Kari nor did I personally attack her. We’ve waited 8 months for our cat and to now not know when he’s flying and continue to be forced to pay fees is not pleasant.
