New app or format
I have been buying items for a few years and this new app sucks! It was much easier before to click and register. Now everytime you go out you have to log in again! Also with the new page lot option when I set to 96 and go from page 1 to 2 it misses anywhere from 7-10 items each page turn! Not good!Show lessDldb63

Poor communication poor customer service
No clear location to pick up items. Website needs work . I had a item that was sent to Calgary and wasn’t given a address to pick it up. Options I received was to lose 30% of my money on the item Or pay storage fees until they can get it back to Edmonton. Contacted customer service with no response as of yet. They are moving again in the next 2 weeks.
