ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

The “contact us” button within their app doesn’t work or show you how to contact them, and their info is no where to be found online. I tried to cancel the free trial before payment (it’s not even pending yet with my bank) and I won’t use the month, but they don’t have a way to contact them to end immediately and not be charged. Most apps are able to help in an instance like this. Not worth the hassle— don’t try the free trial unless you’re sure you want to subscribe.

Hello! Our app offers a free trial subscription and provides full subscription information. App Store trial subscriptions will automatically be renewed and converted into a paid subscription until you choose to end them. Unfortunately, we cannot manage users' subscriptions on our end as all subscriptions are managed by iTunes. You can disable auto-renew subscriptions in your iTunes Settings (please check the Apple Support page for details: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039). This information is also displayed on the app description page, so users can see it before downloading the app. Also, you can send us an email to the mailbox "pdfeditorhelpme@gmail.com".

So not try the free trial version!

Because these guys have charged me before the 3rd day got over and neither could I use it. Functionality not good either. I wrote to pdf editor requesting a refund because I was wrongly charged before the 3 days of free trial, but no response. Why are they sponsoring ads when they have zero customer service?!?!?!

Hello, we are sorry for your dissatisfaction. But this is how official Apple pay subscription works. But its all fine. If you are not happy with our app, you can request refund directly from Apple. Because this is the only way to get your money back. No developer can issue refunds on Apple's behalf. We hope you will give us another chance in future. Have a nice day
